ROYAL BAFOKENG HOTEL
Thornton Group were commissioned by the Electrical Engineering Company Motla to implement the Clipsal C-bus Lighting Control system for all of the common & administration areas within the hotel . They required dimming of these areas in order to create the necessary  moods & ambience.

Conventional dimming would have required a wall full of dimming switches whereas C-Bus enables simple one touch control of multiple lighting circuits.

The control gear being 4 x Professional Series 5amp dimmers , 4 x 2amp 4 channel dimmers , 1 DSI dimmer to dim the DSI ballasts , & 2 x 12 channel 10amp relay units.

All of the lighting is controlled by one Black & white Touch Screen located  in the Managers office.

From here the manager can set screens within the common areas for all lighting with the touch of one button , see the status of all lighting.
